Mom and I are in Minneapolis airport just waiting for our flight to Tokyo. We enjoyed our last American lunch (hamburger and fries) and made a plea to Jake to email my forgotten presentation to me.
All is well. We had a few tears this morning as we said our "farewells", but other than that-we are all smiles.
The next post will be coming to you from Beijing.
Oh, by the way, in case you were wondering-I got the Chacos. I wore them all weekend and had no sudden urges to become a vegan. Whew!
